The IB Diploma Programme at Dulwich
The IB Diploma Programme is designed as an academically challenging and balanced programme of education with final examinations that prepares students for success at University and life beyond.

In the full IB Diploma Programme students study six courses, one subject from each academic area thus ensuring breadth of experience in languages, social studies, the experimental sciences and mathematics. The sixth subject may be an arts subject or another subject from an academic area that the student has most interest in

In order to ensure that students can study their stronger subjects in more depth, three of the subjects must be studied at Higher Level and three others at Standard Level.

In addition the programme has three core requirements that are included to broaden the educational experience and challenge students to apply their knowledge and understanding. These are the extended essay, Theory of knowledge and CAS (Creativity, action, service).
